What are the lengths of your leashes?
Both the Classic and Twist leashes are approximately 5 ft. in length.
The Buddy leash is approximately 5.5ft in total, the main leash is 4ft and the dual attachment is 1.5ft.
Please keep in mind that these are handmade so each leash may vary slightly in length but we try our best to make them as close as possible. Leashes can be made shorter upon request.
What is the hardware sizing?
For extra small to small dogs that weigh under 10 pounds, the small hardware is recommended.
For small to medium dogs that weigh 10 to 50 pounds the medium hardware is recommended.
For large dogs that weigh around 50 to 90+ pounds, the larger hardware is recommended.
How do I order a shorter leash?
You can place an order and add a note at checkout to tell us the length you would like it to be.

Do you make custom leashes?
We would love to make a custom leash for you! But first please send us a message and let us know what you're looking for and we will do our best to make it for you!
How to care for your leash?
Hand wash with warm, soapy water. Lay flat to dry.
Machine washing is not advised due to the metal hardware on leash.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Because our products are handmade, it may take up to 1-2 business days to make your order followed by shipping time. For U.S. orders, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on where it is going.

Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States. Expedited shipping is available on U.S. orders, however your order may still not ship out for 1-2 days since our products are made-to-order.
We also offer International shipping. International shipping will take longer but an additional 1-2 days will be added since our products are made-to-order.
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned for store credit or exchanges only within 5 business days after the delivery date. We accept returns of unused or unworn leashes. Return shipping methods and associated costs are at the responsibility of the customer. Please email us at contact.ivorypaw@gmail.com if you need to make a return.
My order never arrived. Now what do I do?
This is a rare situation but if it does happen, please contact us. Once an item is shipped out, we rely on the mail carriers to deliver the packages in a timely manner. Delays can always happen due to unforeseen circumstances or weather related issues. If your package is lost you can file a claim at www.usps.com and we'd be happy to do the same on our end. Please contact us if you have any issues receiving your items. Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost or stolen packages.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Most of our promotions allow only one coupon can be used per customer, per order. Every now and then we may offer more than one discount code to be used so look out for those paw-some savings!
What is your privacy policy?
Ensuring the privacy and security of your personal information is very important to us. If you sign-up for Ivory Paw, we may collect personal information such as your name, mailing address, email address, phone number and birth date. We use this information to communicate with you and provide you with useful services and special benefits via email services.
When you sign-up for our email list, we may also collect optional information such as your name, postal code, and product interests. We use this personal information to tailor our email messages and to enhance our product and service offerings.
If you would like to unsubscribe from our email list, you can do so at any time. We will remove your name from our email list within a reasonable period of time. Please recognize that you may receive another email before we are able to remove you.
